What info do you need from me to get started?

Let’s hop on a call to make sure we can help you realize your vision for your business. If we all decide
to move forward you’ll complete a form so we have the information needed to get you onboarded into our system. Once that is complete you can begin submitting transactions to us to get to work on!

What are your business hours?

Colorado Real Estate Transaction Coordinators are available Monday - Friday from 8 am - 5 pm
 

Do you coordinate Inspection or Closing?

Yes! Colorado Real Estate Transaction Coordinators will work to get both the inspection and the closing coordinated with all parties.
 

Do you just remind me of deadlines?

We at Colorado Real Estate Transaction Coordinators do so much more than just remind you of upcoming deadlines that have not been fulfilled yet. We track every contract, disclosure, and amendment to make sure it is properly completed and fully executed. We keep you compliant with your office. We coordinate inspection and closing. We keep everyone abreast of what’s happening during the transaction. And, best of all we do this with a system designed to bug you as little as humanly possible. Your inbox won’t be filled with useless notifications from us, only items of the utmost importance and you can trust that it’s being done right behind the scenes.
